How do I get started with my SEA device?

1. Remove the plastic cap from the mouthpiece
2. Remove the protective sticker from the base
3. Gently draw from the mouthpiece to produce vapor

How does a SEA device work?

SEA uses a temperature control system designed to heat its e-liquid to an optimal temperature of vaporization. The liquid is heated using an industry-standard wick and coil system.

How long does a SEA device last?

Depending on your use, a SEA device will last about 15,000 puffs, or about one to two weeks.

Having trouble charging your SEA device?

if your device isn’t charging when connected to a USB-C cable, first check the connection points and try a different power source.
If the issue persists and your device is still within the warranty period, you may be eligible for a replacement. Please visit our Warranty Claim page for assistance.

My SEA device is not producing vapor.

If your SEA device is not producing vapor, check to ensure that the device has sufficient battery charge. Take small puffs from the device after charging to test vapor production.

My SEA device is leaking.

If your SEA device is leaking, place the device in an upright position and allow it to sit for 5 minutes. Take small puffs from the device afterwards, to test for leaking.

Can I buy SEA products directly from the SEA website?

Yes. All SEA devices are backed by a limited 1-year warranty with a purchase receipt, which covers the following:
• Devices that do not function upon arrival
• Leaking devices
• Devices that fail to charge
• Devices that are broken or damaged upon receipt
